They own almost 30 mils of Tripadvisor stock.. that's by itself on the bottom right now makes it a math thing.
30milsx 18/share $trip = 540 mils $ interest holding
540 / 75 L-trip OS = 7.2/share (true holding value based on current stock market of Tripadvisor) without those long term liabilities.
What it would be when Tripadvisor will trade back to 50/share?.. Just just got a new CEO. btw.


Tripadvisor also has 75 mils budget for its shares buybacks.. which will SPIKE L-trip commercial interest when those shares are retired and reducing its OS
as TRIP grows.. L-trip value should .. ;) ( sooner or later)
Their revs are almost recovering at 100% from lockdowns levels this year
