The disclosures also revel that there is not sufficient stock to satisfy current outstanding commitments. The company describes they have no lines of credit or conventional financing and revenues are insufficient to continue business as usual.

CEO’s past precedent revels he will just abandon this dumpster fire of a company at some point.
