I get it MNK, checks and balances is needed but lets not forget we are doing business on the American side of the house. It just seems to be a pattern overseas where they dont feel the need to provide all that info. That article is written as if Dr. Ushikusa is their Japan version of the U.S Jessie Chiang. im sure there is more to his role but they feel this info is all we needed. I strongly believe again, that Jessie Chiang exist and we just need to be patient and we will learn more about her soon....
