You cannot have everything for 4.3M? The shares are a second transaction coming soon, was part of the qualified bidder to aquire Bioamber as a whole company. The judge was not stupid to say "this was in the best interest of all Bioamber shareholders" , that's why nonshareholders argue for fun it is not a serious matter for them
