I think we should build up some pressure as a group and start making more phone calls. I encourage you all to tune in and check the facts that will be on the radio show tomorrow and let's see just how many confirmed facts get mentioned. I would be willing to bet that they will waffle all over any "confirmed" shooting dates and dance around any legitimate questions with regards to timelines. From earlier posts, the racers should be arriving for filming next week or at the latest the week of the 19th - yet I have been informed that they still know nothing! How can they put them in this situation and not be given ample time to prepare? I would bet that another date change for some "strange reason" occours and you would probably make more money on that bet rather than this stock. From the research I have done, there is no validation from the camps of Junior Johnson and Cale Yarborough that they have anything to do with the program and in fact their names and information are apparently being used as promotional tools only. The Bobby Allison "appearance" at the final audition was probably staged and he (Mr. Allison) was more than likely hired to judge, not knowing what the implications were. I mean no disrespect to him at all and I hope that my assertation is not true. These folks don't seem to want to get the production schedule underway and may be looking for a way to quietly pump up some quick cash and skip town. I truely hope that this is not the case, because it would be a momentous event to bring these hopeful race drivers into the limelight, but from the "reality" side of the fence, the information that the company is willing to share is just much too wishy-washy.
