SO SAY GNCP TRADED 20 billion shares in one month a while back and pdiv and associates prove they hold every share ???

THEY COULD BE DEALING WITH SEC TO STRIKE A DEAL WITH THE SHORT SELLERS AND REWARD SHAREHOLDERS WITH A BONUS??
