Besides the changes to the gel/production etc etc do you think the FDA has a check list they wanted to see with the gel testing as it had been done before, but it wasn't done by FDA standards such as recording certain data/format or maybe the people who did it weren't qualified to FDA's liking for such a test to be accepted?

I'd think the FDA would want it done by their standards over the company's test to show it's working. Nothing against the people who did the original test, but again I'm sure they didn't have FDA guidance for that first test.
