Nasrat stated that he knew how much it would cost to buy the adderall from MIKAh ( last year) and said it would occur mid 2022. What’s the delay. Why can he just say what he wants and not do it in the time frame that he committed to.

Why is this ok - ethically and maybe even legally. You can’t just say what you want as the CEO
