OTC is a little behind in there updating of the free float, note the date it’s a year old. Not sure what the free float is for sure. Any shares given to the officers and key employees as well as the 37 existing Beneficial Shareholders shares would not be counted in the free float. It would be nice to have an update on the free float, some day OTC will get around to updating it.
