I use E*Trade. I put in an order for 10M shares @ .0001 Limit, for $1,000, and it executed at .00005. So, I ended up only using $500 instead of the $1,000 I intended to use.

Then, since I now had $500 left, I did another order for 5M shares @ .0001 Limit, and it again executed at .00005. So, I ended up only using $250 instead of my remaining $500.

With E*Trade, you can not set your Limit buys lower than .0001, so I'm not sure how I got lucky enough to get the lower prices.
