That's just a rumor. The Company hasn't acknowledged it.

The decision to run the trial with the dosages used was acceptable to the CEO or he shouldn't have run the trial. I don't remember hearing a lot of complaints at the time. As it was they had to start at 3 day dosing...and moving to 5 after interim review proved not to be effective.

That's the first I've heard of that. Do you have a source for it?

There are controls in place to prevent that...it didn't happen.
