I think there are enough opportunities out there to steer clear of any stock that even sniffs around a RS (and the CEO doesn’t sound like the brightest guy on Twitter).

Given who’s shell it was a RS was expected.

As of now, you don’t even know what the company is. Why would you hold? It’s a complete gamble. Which is fine but I prefer to buy stuff where I feel like the odds are in my favor.
