That is not how is work they won't merge with DSS. Read DSS amendment released a few days ago announce of dividend attributed to each share outstanding. This stock is trading at 95% discount from liquidation value that means delisting is already priced in. At this point it won't matter if we trade on OCT market.
That is my opinion however, delisting to OCT is not Chan plan I don't think he want to go that road.
