Nice clean balance sheet; a tiny convertible debt;
Attractive share structure and float after, restricted officer shares of 25% holding;
and, the possibility of an attractive reverse merger; with the possibility of doing so with preferred shares :). Thinking, attorney letter comes, more so, when CEO, has her ducks more in a row. IMO, I always like to buy when the skies are calm, and wait for the storm :). Can be anytime now...
