Yes, I read it at the time they announce today. Its the update a minor change addition to an amendment they did on Oct last year that possible attack to the original plan they announce for merge.
DSS will carry the note. The $10 per share refers to DSS shares that AMER Med REIT can convert their note. Conversion Price of $10.00 that is very high price. I'm not sure how they calculate put the value on that conversion?
DSS trade around 34 cent but AEI owns majority shares control DSS IPO spinoffs and share dividend distribution. A few days ago they announce an other files clearly indicated total amount of dividend attributed to each share outstanding.
I'm very excite about that deal.
