Even with news this big the value of the stock may remain after a RS.

please give me an example of OTC stock that went through massive AS raise AND 1:500 to 1:1000 RS AND maintained some kind of positive value.....

Regardless of the vote or whatever happens….theres going to be a month worth of time for trading to go down before any corporate action takes place. Lets say both actions get approved (AS & RS) which AS will for sure happen as a public company needs shares to operate with but lets say both go down. What happens next? The big news will drop after the corporate actions are announced that the agreement between SYSX & Ostendo has closed and this stock is gonna blow up. This will give institutional investors like Bigley the opportunity to sell shares. Even with news this big the value of the stock may remain after a RS. Bottom line is that this story is far from over and no institutional investors like Bigley are joining the party if the deal isn’t going to happen. Its coming and watching this play out is going to be very interesting. Im taking the risk to liquidate along side Bigley when this all goes down. To those who are painting a doom and gloom picture here are mislead of what’s happening.
