PCT has great (not unlimited) potential. as I see it anyway.
PCT's (burn rate) is not extreme. The OS has not grown as of late. Either through investments, Sims, Nigerian (as funny as that can be), Maverick..et al.
Once the Auctus case is settled much of the slop should settle.
Having read the entire complaint it could reasonably resolve to PCT's advantage.

I'd agree that ANY company without revenues is at that moment "dead in the water". I've got another position that's underwater (absolutely 0 sales) yet has a 4.1 B valuation (at close today). They're not expected to have any revs as they are in the R&D Phase. FOR at LEAST another year.

I see PCT in it's R&D phase STILL.

I'd agree that US healthcare, O&G, AG, UK have all been slow to come.

You're more likely to find me at the craps table :) BTW
