How many times will the transfer agent be requested to verify the outstanding share count? Its meaningless!!

PCT is issuing convertible securities, like the one Sims bought. The underlying shares of that preferred is not calculated into the outstanding share count, but it exists!! Its counted on the fully diluted count

Thats why in court documents, PCT had to admit to not having enough authorized even though the transfer agents verifies 1b authorized and appx 800m outstanding.

But how can that be? One billion is more than 800m yet PCT admits not having enough authorized!!
