No not at all the sec is verifying the information on the A-1 offering to make sure it jives any discrepancies or warnings signals they question Nash on for verification of what he submitted is correct. When approved it’s up to investment groups to buy . Many don’t agree but I still feel FLAG may be an investor with the A-1 .
