For one the filings where it clearly says they are negotiating. You don’t negotiate for 2 years.

Lexian no doubt had technical issues that might have been impossible to overcome. Just my opinion.

If the tech worked it would have been everywhere by now.

And if funding Lexian was an issue than the $5M in funding will also be an issue.
