ANSYS has not scrubbed APOGEE from their site yet, I am sure they are well aware of whats going on. I do not think they would put themselves in a legal predicament by keeping it alive if HPIL had no legally binding contract with them for the technologies evolution. Just have to wait and see how that pans out. Have to remember they hold cards as well for the EV, So no matter what the issue is for the patent, all three sides will have to find some resolution to evolve the tech. What good is it if any of the three are bound up by legal arguments to contracts made before the removal of LT, all had to sign off on the evolution of it. LT may hold the patent, and that surely gives him more power, however that does not negate the existing legally binding contracts between the three. It will either sit and rot on the vine, or all three will come to an agreement to move forward. IMO
