This snippet from the latest SEC filing certainly speaks volumes to the fact that David is manipulating these contracts somehow to trigger these "Milestone" issuances of stock to himself. The only way he's going to be able to issue the shares to himself is to INCREASE the authorized share count so that he can begin to dump shares into the OS & float. The reason(s)??? Stock sales by way of convertible note holders receiving shares at a 50-90% discount in exchange for cash - as part 1 of a capital raise; as well as his own shares being sold as his "Milestone" payments convert from Equity Into Cash

Of course this is just my opinion, but what the flock do I know?
