3.2 billion at MMNFF?
Now unlimited at RWBYF?
I think the point made is they are all pricing themselves for being dissolved and removed from the game by others and in a very unfriendly way.
We are at 138 Mil total shares on a fully diluted basis..WTF are you bitching about? Please feel free to be especially specific. I still look at PLNHF with nearly twice our shares and 3 (NV/CA) + 3 building (FL) dispensaries and cannot understand their market cap despite having no debt as eclipsing SHWZ. Do you think dispensaries grow on trees with licenses for nothing? WE are literally selling for two-thirds less than we did when having PB's, 4 Mesa Organics, and the first 6 Starbuds. The share count hasn't really changed. It doesn't make sense at 33 +2 dispensaries in NM yet announced, 7 grows and 2 mfgs so I'm sort of amused at what you really seek to complain. I can complain about the stock price, but little else.
What doesn't exactly add up as to "insiders" buying? Are you also complaining of some nominal number of shares allocated to the BOD as dilutive?? Are you on the Board? Been invited? Have a good response? How about a biz connection or another few 10's of million to lend to the company for purchases? No? The one who brings nothing to the table and bitches about it lives an easy life on the message board. I do as well but am careful as to what is a legitimate bitch.

All aside, unless they are 5% holders, or a Board member you and I will never know unless personally acquainted and they decide to tell us. What we do know is JD put real money in this...about $14MM of his own. THAT is STILL very real. If he recaptures it at 9+% I'm happy for him. 'Cause it sure isn't tax free. Remind me when SAFE passes. Then remind me about 280-E. Since none of this is new to you...aha!
