Controlling interest:
The LOI says, on closing Ms Jessie will take controlling interest of PLPL, meaning at least 51% of voting shares i. e., common shares.

They have now 7 billions o/s shares and 11 billions AS. Question is where is that 51% coming from? New issues or from existing shareholders? Most likely new issues from remaining AS. Time will tell.
