Thank you for your response, and I know that there are perks involved in buying preferred shares, but what I don't get is that the stock has to go to a dollar before those preferred shares can be moved. So either Eric has fantastic news that is going to make this stock fly, or we are going to have the mother of all reverse splits. Those are the only two outcomes I can foresee.
