If you would have done any research on the evidence that Rufus provided, you would have found that these two pages are actually a SWIFT MT 760 communication between Banco Central De Venezuela and Lloyds TSB International Private Bank in Monaco that was sent to a lawyers account.
The, ah, "stamped codes" are Bates numbers. They're applied to all evidence.
