-BLA will not be filed this year, which CYDY made clear during the last CC as they promised an updated timeline AFTER a meeting with the FDA for further guidance and that meeting won’t happen for at least a month or two more

Or a LOT given the authorization of 350m shares will more than fund a new trial even though they probably won't need to fund it themselves.

-clinical hold - meh, could move the price a little

- I don’t expect a partnership until a few of the major issues CYDY has have been addressed
