Not really. The purpose of the R/S is to allow more shares to be sold. Whatever "broadly in line with" means, it will still allow the company to swell shares. And that will put pressure on the sp.

Why don't they just say what the ratio of reducing the A/S to be? It won't be 1:500, that's for sure. Given the expected ratio, people can do the math and determine what the effects will be.
