I guess in the end its better to leave the shareholders on the hook. Maybe they will run this up to a billion shares o/s. Not sure if you got the info on that last vote that they wanted shareholders to take part in but why vote for any members of this clown show at this time?

LOL, I just remembered that on one of the company filing some members of management forgave part of their salary. I would too if I did nothing to earn it.
Maybe they do produce a little oil and just sell it under the table for some extra cash, lol
