Small “w” pattern has completed and needs to trade @ OR above the shelf.

If it fails the triple bottom then expect more downside.

If the company can secure financing, then it goes from a trade to legitimate growth investment.

I’ll say it once:

Last 3 weeks has had somebody accumulating shares…not some scrub either. Seems like 2 entities taking on more shares and not flipping. Good sign with the pattern completing. Confirmation would be the breakout over $2 WITH VOLUME.
