From what i can find in the Q's they have no shares only options.
So by my count we are up to 735million on board. So close please reach out to friends who may have purchased.
Also my counsel does not beleave the reverse will go thru since FINRA will see the .0005 note and feel this is a classic pump dump rinse and repeat.
With 4 billion shares authorized and a little over 2 billion issued what is the need for additional shares.
Let's get to a billion and put and end to this madness. We will control our destiny.
