TODAY’s court hearing - this is what was said:
OTC was denied so they did a full blown audit and submitted to SEC and that’s still pending…. They haven’t heard anything from SEC yet as of this morning. They also mentioned they had other 3 custodian cases that were resolved and are being concluded and they can use proceeds to resolve this one… (or something like that not sure what that means) but judge granted the extension… It was heard… next status meeting Oct. 12, 2022
