I probably should not voice this but believe this relationship is all about jacking this share price up high enough to pull off a deal that may have stalled prior or perhaps a new deal big enough for us to smile again but we need something new something maybe in the AI area that might pull in enough investors to possibly up list next year.

I just don't see us raising our share price up into the dollar plus range on the business structure at present something else must happen to make this worth doing the deal with Yorkville.
