I think I figured out the lil "problem" ole KISA-the-CON has per this do-over POS filing LMAO !!

Dig this - it looks like what the TRNC con-man did was to ALTER THE ISSUED SHARE COUNT LOL !!

THE SEC and OTC MARKETS ARE HUuuuuuge on NO LYING ABOUT issued shares and preferred shares and shares outstanding and WHAT THE TRANSFER AGENT SAYS etc !!!

Well- ole KISA-the-PERP screwed the pooch bigly looks like to me - AND still might have issued a cut-n-paste MEANT TO BE THE 2022 Q-2 filing, but he doesn't know WTF he's doing and put up the "revised" POS with the wrong dates, etc.

ELSE - it's the share counts, and they are ALL WRONG = BAD BAD BAD :)
