0.0% chance this closes this week. Even the update didn’t mention closing. They said they expect to “assuage his concerns and we fully expect it to be resolved this week”. And we know how the company performs with meeting expectations.

Obviously the attorney is advising his clients there are risks here and ECSL has to convince him otherwise.

We will be very lucky if this closes in July. That being said, the longer it goes on the riskier it gets too.

Incredible that we are two years into this with nothing to show for it.
