Absolute nonsense. Bruce Bent lends money to both of these companies. That does not say in any way that these 2 companies are even remotely considering a $100 million deal. To say that they are is totally untrue. If Stockgrunt said these 2 companies were financing $100 million, then his dd is probably fraudulent.

It's not possible for either of these companies to raise $100 million. A lender that would give them $100 million is a scammer, or criminal. There aren't enough shares to sell, and not enough collateral, or revenue to make the payments.
