While up is good, the fact that it's trended so low over the last couple of years and continues trending lower, and can't close and a cent, despite all the wonderful news (not), speaks volumes about the real prospects for pctl and its shareholders.

This company is essentially toast. It's finding its way back to pre covid price levels, which in all honesty, is right where it belongs. The only thing that boosted it was the covid pump. Now there's nothing. Oil and gas is a pipe dream unfortunately.
