Ok we’re does it say that for sure they will sell 2.5 billion at .0020? Doesn’t the company have a right to sell at a price they would like? Are you saying they MUST sell 2.5 billion at .0020? I don’t see that in the fillings please show me that line in the fillings I guess I missed it.

Wait are you saying that they don’t have control of the price they sell it at just because they filled the reg a with the SEC? Please show me where it states they MUST sell 2.5. Billion shares at .0020!!
