An update was just posted today on LinkedIn, the testing is in week 6.

Also, NTH Solutions just put out a new article on the test process

https://nthsolutions.co.uk/the-data-gathering-culturing-and-tracing-our-samples/

The testing is being conducted by Teesside University, looks to be pretty thorough and reputable to me.

When we planned the Pathisol clinical trial, we had three objectives when it came to gathering samples from the wards:

We needed to maintain patient safety at all times
We needed to swab in isolation from our cleaning schedule to simulate real-life working environments
We wanted full traceability of all samples and full independence in data-gathering.
To this end, we invited Teesside University to undertake the swabbing. 30 locations were mapped on each ward. These ranged from the usual touchpoints to some really hard-to-reach areas. Only 10 of these 30 were swabbed each day, and the swabs were taken when the cleaners were not on the wards, so there was no chance of any location being favoured by the cleaners.
