since they don't manufacturer the breatheasy marks they don't own them?

As $VXIT is simply a reseller of those overpriced masks, of course they're not listed as an asset.

(Looking at revs, doesn't look like much of a seller either)

If Breatheasy is owned, and therefore an asset, and NOT listed on the financials, it kinda makes you wonder what other falsehoods, oversights, or honest-mistakes are in there.
