Over the years it was possible to buy, say 2s and sell 1/2 at 3s so your basis was 1 and you could build a nice position that way (or similar tactics using 3s & 4s etc).

Regardless, A/S is nearly maxed and the lawyer letter is super late...

Something's gotta give here - hopefully for LONGS it's something good, but there's little reason to expect that, other than Berman's had a knack for pulling rabbits out of hats over the years...
