Usually when a case takes this long it means the SEC has turned it over to the Justice Department for Criminal prosecution.

I have seen this happen so many times - just like when a company files for bankruptcy - the retail investors will be posting 3 years later that their settlement will be announced any day - of course it never happens.

We will see if the SEC seeks Criminal charges against Deitsch. I certainly expect that to happen.
