That's why too I'm baffled; that everyone is always scared to have their money tied up, rather than buy ridiculously cheap, and put it away for awhile. Regardless, each day that goes by, we are getting closer. They have done all their updated filings, and Q1 was posted a couple of weeks early. I'm assuming Q2 will be posted early as well, before the end of July. Maybe this time around, they will finally do the Attorney letter.
As you mentioned, very clean balance sheet; no convertible debt outstanding; decent float; and 25% plus locked up with prior owner insiders. My avge. is about .0013, but only frustration is that I'm not able to buy trips and avge. down.. Instead, I like the position I accumulated in sister Co. $GGSM. IMO, that one is way undervalued, and I'm sure CEO will make this ticker as viable one day in the near future.
