For the exciteables...let's THINK for just a moment. I know its hard but let's try, ok ?

** Titan WILL either have to Reverse Split in late December to stay listed OR sell out to avoid it (won't even risk a no vote IMO to r/s). There has been ZERO interest from anybody other than MDT. So, if there is no other interest and MDT has Titan by the Ba%%s, then assuming an acquisition hits, it will be for pennies on the dollar. MDT will not pay 4 Billy when Titan would be forced to take less or be delisted. What about that is confusing ?

Not one other company wants to touch Titan and I'm not convinced MDT is all that interested. That said, I do predict a BO by them for 43 cents. That would be the lesser of two evils for Titan and their Mgt. It's chump change for MDT anyways to get the patents should SP ever become hot again. ISRG certainly ain't selling many SP bots. GLTA

If there isn't much of a SP market as it is and ISRG and MDT are in the picture maybe selling 8-10 bots per year, who would even WANT to enter into such a tepid market ?
