Not sure who or why there is accumulation at this point. The company owns no assets, has no mining equipment, never paid back the DSC coin money and the CEO and apparently sole employee of DSCR has been in hiding for months and months. The SEC says they are months behind in filing proper paperwork and these are just the major negative components that are easily verifiable, I guess a maniac would buy this stock now lol, but who else?
