I scanned the last 10K - and there is no termination clause - because they do not need one. Elite uses the line of purchase only if they want to.

But...
Elite has a 25 Million line of purchase - they barely used 1.4 Million. LPC in their books, have a potential to buy 23.5 Million shares - the lower they buy, the more shares they get. They know Elite is performing well - so it is their interest to keep Elite stock low until August 1st 2023 - in case Elite exercise the request to sell to LPC. If they had the price of Elite at 25 cents, they would get 4 time less shares....(potentially)
