NH had previously indicated that the expense for BE studies for SequestOx was prohibitive. Now that the company has a war chest including cash on hand plus a nice bank loan, they can proceed to compete the protocol for acceptance. The FDA waiver of the substantial filing fee is a big deal for shareholders.

If an when he announces a successful study, the stock will again be in play. Bargain prices will not be around much longer.
