NASDAQ? Come on. He has to know what the requirements are in terms of share price. Either he…

(a) expects a shitload of revenue and thinks it makes it there on the current share structure, valuing the company close to $10B.

(b) Anticipates profits/funding that are significant enough to buy back shares and lower the OS.

(c) Reverse splits and screws all of us.

Or

(d) he’s full of shit and nothing ever happens from here.
