Sure that's possible... but would be a first in the OTC and not congruent w/ JK's past behavior.

I believe a safe bet is: every share $VXIT can place, will be placed, up to the 2.5 billion.

No big deal as long as the tweet-pumps continue and PPS responds favorably.
