And his end game is def to make money, and that money is on shares he is due. You dont do that without making deals using restricted shares or preferred. Staying away from notes as much as possible. Reg-a buyers are holders converting commons to preferred’s. Dilute in share count, but not trading price. Imho. We’ll all watch together.
